We invite you to participate at the 2^nd  HYDROGEN4RAIL – FUTURE OF TRANSPORT Conference.

The conference will be held on 7-9 September 2022 at the Conference Center of the Poznań University of Technology and CK NOVOTEL Poznań Centrum.

The Polish Chamber of Producers of Equipment and Services for Railways is organizing an event which is a response to the assumptions of the “Polish Hydrogen Strategy until 2030 with a perspective until 2040”, the National Reconstruction Plan and the principles of the European Green Deal.

The main purpose of the meeting is to exchange the experiences of government administration, the scientific community, industry, railway carriers and rolling stock manufacturers as well as financing units in the field of developing and implementing alternative drives in means of transport and promoting ecological drives in rail vehicles. The subject of obtaining fuel from heavy industry and renewable energy will also be discussed. A discussion panel on modern technology and the correlation of interests of the parties involved was also prepared, as well as a study trip to the laboratories of the Poznań University of Technology.

Director Łukasiewicz – PIT Arkadiusz Kawa, PhD together with the Rector of the Poznań University of Technology – prof. Teofil Jesionowski, Vice-Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province – Wojciech Jankowiak, General Director of the Polish Chamber of Producers of Equipment and Services for Railways – Adam Musiał, will officially inaugurate the conference on the first day of the conference. The Director of the Institute will be also a lecturer during the block entitled: “Science in the service of hydrogen”.
