Gender Equality Plan

The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology has adopted the following objectives, which will be implemented through targeted activities, and their effectiveness will be evaluated on an ongoing basis using selected indicators.

Objective 1. Raising awareness of the employees on principles of equality and non-discrimination, as well as strengthening positive attitudes towards diversity.

Objective 2. Reducing the disparity between the number of women and men employed at research positions. More effectively balancing the development of professional careers of women and men.

Objective 3. Providing support in maintaining a healthy balance between family and professional life to all employees of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
