We offer not only comprehensive design of logistics solutions, but also guarantee substantive support during the implementation of the proposed solutions. We assist our clients in selecting partners and solution providers (e.g., warehouse automation suppliers, logistics operators, IT systems, etc.), as well as supporting internal operational and investment processes related to the implementation of the developed concepts (e.g., by training employees and creating the necessary internal documentation).
We offer technical support during implementation of solutions recommended at the design stage (in the areas of inventory management, transport, warehousing, or the entire distribution network).
We organize training sessions for employees to explain the concepts being implemented.
We assist in the selection of IT systems dedicated to logistics support—we provide support in, among other things, the preparation of RFP/RFI documents, analysis of supplier offers, selection of suppliers, and development of terms of cooperation.
We assist in selecting service and/or technology providers (logistics operators, carriers, etc.).
