  • design of inventory management algorithms.

We provide logistics solutions for companies from different industries and with different business profiles.

Logistics consulting – the offer:

The audit can cover the activities of the company in different areas of logistics such as transport, warehousing, inventory management.

The purpose of the audit work is to identify and assess the current state of logistics in a given area and to identify directions for possible changes aimed at the optimisation of activities and costs of logistics.

The audit includes both a process analysis and an analysis of indicators that allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of activities in a given area.

The results of the work will enable the company’s management to make rational investment decisions in order to efficiently handle the projected commodity streams and warehouse stock.

Stages of a logistics audit

1. We will diagnose the existing state of logistics

2. We will determine the level of logistics indicators

3. We will indicate directions for possible improvements

4. We will estimate the expenditure involved in their design and implementation

We design effective transport solutions both on a national transport level and including the implementation of international transport, depending on the client’s scope of activity. We take into account the use of road transport and assess the potential of other modes of transport (rail, sea, air) and the implementation of intermodal transport.

  • We will develop a concept for the optimum organisation of warehouse processes and warehouse operations, designing efficient methods for handling stock and all types of flows of materials/raw materials/commodities/finished goods in the warehouse.
  • Furthermore, we will select the most efficient warehouse equipment, including storage and handling equipment for assortment flows, and design its optimal layout in the warehouse area.
  • We will recommend the use of the most efficient means of internal transport.
  • We will assess the potential and viability of implementing warehouse automation solutions.
  • Likewise, we will design effective methods to identify products and objects in the warehouse and effectively monitor the progress of warehouse processes.
Benefits:

we will maximise the use of warehouse space and efficient arrangement of the investment plot

we will advise on how to effectively handle the forecast flows in the warehouse

we will select the most efficient warehouse technologies dedicated to storage and flow handling

we will increase the efficiency and reliability of warehouse processes

we will help you reduce your warehouse operating costs

Optimisation of the logistics model (distribution network)
  • Design and development of an optimal model for the goods distribution network, taking into account the improvement of logistical efficiency in handling sales through various channels (including e-commerce).
  • Determination of the optimum number and location of warehouses, distribution centres, including the design of rules for the organisation of flows and the operation of logistics in all its areas.
