Please include at least 3 physical print samples with your shipment. This applies to codes in the following formats: EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC, and ITF-14.
Verification of GS1-128 and 2D codes (electronic designs)
Please attach the design in PDF format, applicable to codes in the following formats: GS1-128, Data Matrix, QR, others.
Verification of GS1-128,2D codes (physical samples)
Please include at least 3 physical print samples with your shipment, applicable to codes in the following symbologies: GS1-128, Data Matrix, QR, others.
Verification of logistics labels (summary report based on PDF file)
Please indicate the retail chain for which the label is intended and attach a scan of the printed label or print design in PDF format.
Verification of logistics labels (full examination based on a physical sample of the label)
Please include at least 3 physical print samples with your shipment, applicable to codes in the following symbology: GS1-128, others.
Promotional service packages for 10 or 50 code scans*
The package is a prepaid service valid for a given calendar year. It includes all services listed in the price list (except for item 6) for the verification of logistics labels in the full version.
Terms and conditions of verification:
NOTE 1. Code samples and goods contained in packages subject to verification are not returnable. If it is necessary to return them to you, transport will be at your expense after prior agreement with the contractor performing the test.
NOTE 2. Verification of code designs sent in electronic form is carried out exclusively on the basis of *.PDF files. Analysis of files with graphics does not guarantee the correctness of the actual printout, therefore it is recommended to re-verify the markings in the form of physical samples.
LIABILITY: In the event of losses resulting from the non-performance or improper performance of the barcode and logistics label quality verification service by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PIT, liability is limited to the amount of the net remuneration received.
