General Meeting at the Basajaun Project

From October 26 to 27, 2022, a meeting of Basajaun project partners took place in Rimini, Italy. On behalf of the Centre for Wood Technology, Dobrochna Augustyniak-Wysocka and Ewa Leszczyszyn participated in the event. During the meeting, the current matters of the project and the advancement of individual tasks carried out in the work packages were discussed, and the General Assembly of the project Consortium was held. The host institution was the Focchi Spa company, which manufactures facades. Participants of the meeting had the opportunity to visit the company’s facilities and see the very efficient production lines.

The BASAJAUN project (Creating sustainable links between rural and urban areas through circular and innovative value chains in wood construction) is funded by EU funds from Horizon 2020.
