Marta Cudziło

A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Poznań University of Technology, she completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management Engineering at the same university. She has been working at the Institute since 2006, acting as a logistics consultant and project manager. As a project manager or lead consultant, she has participated in dozens of consulting projects for companies in the field of broadly defined supply chain logistics optimisation, including for Enea Operator S.A., the Żywiec Group, Leroy Merlin Sp. z o.o., and PFG. In addition to logistics consultancy, for several years she has been coordinating and co-implementing R&D projects focused on researching new trends and creating innovative solutions to support logistics in Europe. She coordinates Łukasiewicz – PIT’s activities within the EiT Urban Mobility partnership.

She has also collaborated with the University of Logistics, teaching courses on logistics controlling, forecasting and simulation. She is the author or co-author of industry and specialist articles on logistics (including e-commerce logistics) and supply chain optimisation. She is very active in sharing her knowledge. She has taken part in dozens of logistics industry events, appearing as an expert in the role of panellist or speaker.

She specialises in optimising areas of logistics such as supply chain management, inventory management, e-commerce logistics, including last-mile delivery, and urban mobility. As part of her consultancy projects, she has supported companies in areas including the selection of effective inventory management methods, supply chain structure planning and logistics cost analysis. She is involved in analytical and research and development work in the field of e-commerce logistics, including the sustainable development of e-commerce.
