He graduated from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in the field of Telecommunications with a specialization in Computer Engineering. For over 25 years, he has been involved in the construction and implementation of large IT systems in the area of ​​telecommunications, finance, insurance and public e-administration, the implementation of which took place both in the country and abroad.

The area in which she/he is an expert

Digitization of public administration is an important area of ​​Łukasiewicz – PIT activities. The aim is to make digital public services widely available to citizens with a high level of maturity and usability, which encourages their use and facilitates contact with the administration. The digitization of public administration, however, is not only the digitization of services, but also changes in the organizational processes of public entities aimed at the maximum use of the opportunities offered by digitization, including elimination or automation of activities or integration with other systems.
