The initiator and Head of Research Group of Process Excellence at Łukasiewicz – PIT. A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology – currently preparing to defend his doctoral dissertation on creating process innovations. He managed several dozen projects optimizing business processes. Author of scientific publications in the field of improving the efficiency of activities, academic lecturer at postgraduate studies and Executive MBA (UEP, WSB, WSL, PUT).

The area in which she/he is an expert

The methodological expert for standardized process analysis as analyst, trainer, author of methodologies and educator. A leader in managing change in business processes. Creator of the Process Digital Twin, implementation solutions based on the use of applications created on no-code platforms and process robotization (RPA). KSI/KSU consultant in the field of process innovations and financial analyzes. He has a practical experience in the field of education and knowledge transfer.
