Area Leader - Head of the Research Group for Process Transformation
Founder and head of the Research Group for Process Transformation at Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology, he currently manages a team of 30 analysts. In 2024, he obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Management Engineering at Poznań University of Technology. His doctoral thesis focused on creating process innovations using the BPMN 2.0 standard – Business Process Reengineering.
He possesses the ability to create Process Digital Twins, rapidly implement IT applications built on low-code and no-code platforms, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He is a consultant to KSI/KSU in the field of process innovation and financial analysis. He conducts process research within commercial, statutory and EU projects in the areas of: business process identification, their parameterisation, and development supported by standardised process analysis (according to BPRPM, in accordance with the BPMN 2.0 standard). He designs process change scenarios and, based on their simulation, develops transformations resulting from the most effective process change scenario.
In his academic work, he focuses on issues related to process analysis, automation and management. He employs research methods such as process simulation, statistical data analysis, surveys, logical analysis and design, case studies, and process transformation prototyping. In his research, he pays particular attention to the practical application of research findings within a broadly understood socio-economic context.
