Development of information technology and artificial intelligence:

• design and manufacture of innovative IT solutions – desktop, network and mobile, for the purposes of carrying out research work and commissioned projects, with particular emphasis on the implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms and models,
• design and manufacture of digital platforms, with particular emphasis on secure, scalable and high-performance cloud solutions tailored to the needs of the public sector,
• conducting research in the field of artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing and computer vision, design and development of algorithms and models using AI, analysis and processing of large data sets, and creation of solution demonstrators.

Using modern semiconductor solutions to design advanced electronics (microprocessor programming, firmware (FW) development in harmonious integration with software).

Analysis, improvement and implementation of modern business processes:

• studying and evaluating existing processes in various sectors of the economy, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions,
• process improvement, using modern tools, global standards and methods such as Lean Management or Six Sigma, aiming to minimize waste, reduce lead times and increase productivity,
• automation and digitalization of processes, supporting companies in implementing technologies that enable automation of routine tasks and integration of business processes with advanced IT systems,
• supporting socio-economic organizations in transitioning through the challenges of process transformation (expertise, tools and assistance at every stage of the process).
