Invention entitled ‘Wet breading unit, especially for multi-vegetable products’ (P.438482)
Description:
The object of the invention is a wet breading unit, especially for multi-vegetable products, which has applications in the preparation of pre-formed burgers – both meat and vegetable. The solution is characterized by the fact that to the supporting frame (1), which consists of a welded set of the frame and the tank, is attached a roller drive assembly, the structure of which is a system of two sidewalls, between which there is a mesh conveyor, driven through a drive wheel shaft connected to a worm gearmotor reducer, where the conveyor mesh is seated on a series of rollers, including a tension roller and above the conveyor mesh there is a pressure wheel, in the zone of which are advantageously located guide plates, whereby in the lower zone of the roller drive assembly (2), to the support frame is attached a filter tank assembly, which consists of a tank inside of which a mechanical filter is mounted, and the tank itself is advantageously equipped with a draw valve and a pump connection, while a blowing device, advantageously an air knife (3), is mounted in the end zone of the conveyor, with a breading pouring mechanism attached above the conveyor mesh, advantageously in the section located between the blowing device and the pressure wheel, connected to the tank by a pump system.
Benefits:
- Possibility of immersion breading.
- Possibility of pour breading.
- Temperature control of the breading (20-50 °C).
- Breading filtration system.
- Pneumatic or electric system for removing excess breading from the product.
