Invention entitled ‘Rail axle assembly of a rail-road vehicle’ (P.438002)
Description:
The rail axle assembly of a rail-road vehicle contains a skeleton (1) with an asynchronous electric motor (2) attached to it with a drive shaft extending to both sides of it, claw couplings (3) and speed reducers (4), in addition, electromagnetic clutches (5) and bearing-mounted road rollers (6) closed from the outside with covers (7). The shafts of the asynchronous electric motor (2), the claw couplings (3), the speed reducers (4), the electromagnetic couplings (5), as well as the travel rollers (6) and the covers (7) share a common axis of rotation (X). The opposite ends of the skeleton (1) are closed by rings (8), from which sleeves (9) emerge, entering the inner bearing rings (10). The outer bearing rings (10) are located in the running rollers (6). On the outer, vertical surfaces of the travel rollers (6) are fixed covers (7) and pivots (11) coming out of them, on which the first parts of the electromagnetic couplings (5) are fixed. The second parts of the electromagnetic couplings (5) are attached to the output shafts of the speed reducers (4), besides, the input shafts of the speed reducers (4) are connected to the shafts of the asynchronous electric motor (2) through claw couplings (3).
