Invention entitled ‘Modular system of burger preparation, especially multi-vegetable products’ (P.438483)
Description:
The object of the application is a modular system for the preparation of burgers, especially multi-vegetable products, for use in the forming and breading of meat and vegetable products. The solution is characterized by the fact that the burger forming device A is connected advantageously with the wet breading unit B while the wet breading unit B is connected advantageously with the dry breading unit C, where a forming center is mounted to the support frame of the burger forming device A, advantageously with a table. It consists of a batching system and a forming system, where the dosing system is equipped with a process tank, in the lower zone of which a horizontal dosing actuator is mounted, together with a pusher and scrapers. The forming system is a horizontal actuator connected to a die plate, in which a forming die insert is placed, above which is a vertical actuator connected to a removing tool. Attached to the support frame of the wet branding unit B is a roller drive assembly, the structure of which is an arrangement of two side walls, between which is a mesh conveyor, advantageously equipped with a mesh shaking mechanism. In the lower zone of the roller drive assembly, a filter tank assembly, which consists of a tank inside of which a mechanical filter is fixed, is attached to the support frame of the wet breading assembly B. A blow-off device, advantageously an air knife, is fixed in the end zone of the conveyor. Above the mesh of the conveyor, advantageously on the section located between the blowing device and the pressure wheel, a breading pouring mechanism is mounted, connected to the tank by a pump system. The structure of the breading module consists of side plates with welded tubular connectors and a top plate, in the zone of which a drive shaft, a tension shaft and at least one guide shaft are mounted, along which the mesh belt travels.
Benefits:
