Description:
The object of the application is an installation for enhanced portioned blowing of vegetables. The installation according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it consists of the following systems: air preparation (1), pneumatic air amplifier (2), buffer tank (3), solenoid valve (4), compressed air flow meter (5) and interchangeable blowing nozzle (6) mounted on a non-rotating pneumatic actuator (7), with the air preparation system (1) being a station consisting of an on-off valve (8), filter (9) and pressure regulator (10), which is connected to the buffer tank (3) through a pneumatic air amplifier system (2), having the form of a piston pressure amplifier (11) with a pressure valve (12) equipped with a control system, while the buffer tank (3) is connected to the blowing nozzle system (6) through a solenoid valve system (4), where a compressed air flow meter (5) is installed between the solenoid valve (4) and the blowing nozzle (6).
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of a patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under number P.442077 of 23 August 2022.
Property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
