Description:
The object of the application is an in-building navigation system and a method of in-building navigation. A method of in-building navigation for determining the position of a marker based on location data sent from anchors, comprises using a main anchor and auxiliary anchors with which location data is transmitted in a first radio link, the location data received by the marker being sent to the main anchor in a second radio link, whereby the first radio link operates in a higher frequency band than the second radio link.
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of a patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under No. P.440655 of 16 March 2022.
The property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
