Description:
The object of the application is a device for forming burgers, especially multi-vegetable products. The device is characterised by the fact that to a support frame (1), preferably with a table, is mounted a forming centre comprising a dosing system (2) and a forming system (3). The dosing system is equipped with a process hopper in which a horizontal dosing actuator is mounted in the lower zone, together with a tappet and a scraper. The forming system is a horizontal actuator connected to a die plate in which a forming die insert is placed, above which is a vertical actuator connected to a removing tool.

Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of a patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under No. P.438481 of 15 July 2021.
