Solid biofuels testing

Solid biofuels are produced from plant materials and are one of the renewable energy sources. They can be produced from woody, herbaceous (so-called agro biomass), fruit or aquatic biomass. The properties of solid biofuels are determined on the basis of testing carried out.

Our laboratory has competencies confirmed by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, based on which the European Pellet Council and DIN CERTCO granted us the status of “testing laboratory” in the process of obtaining and maintaining ENplus and DINplus certificates – two of the most recognized European quality certificates for wood pellets. We also offer certification and attestation of solid biofuels, including wood pellets, firewood and various types of materials that can be considered solid biofuels. You can find more information on this topic here: Certification of wood industry products.
