Taking into account the contents of § 11(24) of the Agreement of 17 April 2020 no. POPC.02.02.00-00-0036/19-00 for a subsidy to the “Public Administration Directories” project, a part of the Digital Poland Operational Programme for 2014-2020, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology Institute of Technology meets its information obligations (Rules of personal data processing within the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020) for each natural person, the personal data of who will or can be transferred to the Entrusting Party or the Intermediary Institution in any form during the execution of the Agreement and afterwards.
Depending on the type of personal data processed by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology in connection with the execution of the Agreement, the following may be considered as natural persons towards whom the information obligation should be fulfilled:
- employees, volunteers, apprentices and trainees representing or performing tasks for entities involved in the operation and implementation of the POPC;
- designated contact persons, persons authorised to take binding decisions and other persons performing tasks for the Beneficiaries and its partners;
- participants of trainings, competitions, conferences, monitoring committees, working groups, steering groups and information or promotion meetings organised within the framework of POPC;
- persons, whose data will be processed in connection with the examination of the eligibility of funds in the project, including in particular: project staff, participants of tender commissions, bidders and public procurement contractors, persons providing services on the basis of civil law contracts.
