Project objectives:
The objective of the project is to build a new licensing system for the foreign trade of goods, technologies and services of strategic importance (armaments and dual-use items), which will create a new public register of licenses for the trade of sensitive goods and support a new e-service of the A2B type – Licensing and recording of the trade of sensitive goods.

Main challenges:
Development of a solution that meets the requirements of a number of independent user groups (employees of the Ministry of Development and Technology, employees of Opinion-Giving Bodies such as ABW, SWK, Customs Service officers and entrepreneurs). To this end, user interviews have been conducted and prototype tests are being conducted at various stages of the solution development.

Results:

  • Making services related to licensing and recording of trade in sensitive goods available to entrepreneurs at biznes.gov.pl,
  • New Tracker 2.0 system for public administration bodies to handle matters related to licensing and recording of sensitive goods turnover

  • Simplification and reduction of costs of implementation of administrative duties for entrepreneurs related to licensing and recording of trade in sensitive goods
  • Online access for economic operators to the status of implementation of cases related to licensing and recording of trade in sensitive goods
  • Speeding up the processing of consignments by the Customs and Fiscal Service related to trade in sensitive goods
  • Increased security of sensitive goods transactions
