The main objective of the SOPAB project (System for the Service of Administrative Proceedings in Construction) is to provide architectural and construction administration and construction supervision authorities with tools for efficient and comprehensive handling of applications in the investment and construction process. The project is a response to the lack of adequate solutions reported by offices to enable the service of citizens in the field of construction in electronic circulation.

- Unifying and streamlining the proceedings of aab and nb authorities nationwide – in the area of investment and construction, as well as the building life cycle.
- Reduction in the duration of proceedings and issuance of decisions.
- Greater control over various aspects related to construction investments through the provision of data within the SOPAB system.
- Improving the quality of the standard of service to citizens in the investment and construction process and the investment life cycle.
- Reducing the labor intensity associated with the preparation of various types of reports, including statistical reports, eliminating the process of manually filling out statistical forms and at the same time improving their quality.
