Project objectives:

To carry out an identification, analysis and selection of initiatives that support and promote the development of the competences of the future that are most valuable and relevant to individual needs and goals. Identifying the different initiatives is a key step, as it will allow to gain knowledge about the available programmes, projects and organisations that focus on developing the competences of the future.

Results:

  • Analysis of initiatives available in Poland to promote the development of competences of the future, which are accessible to different age groups, from pupils to seniors.
  • Selection, on the basis of an evaluation, of the most valuable initiatives of a non-commercial nature, carried out by various private and public entities.
  • Building and making available to the public a search engine allowing for the review and selection of an appropriate initiative aimed at developing selected competences of the future, dedicated to different age groups of users.

Benefits:

Operating within the framework of the selected initiatives will allow participants to actively engage in the process of developing the competences of the future. Through participation in training, workshops, projects or mentoring, they will have the opportunity to develop technical skills, creativity, communication, team cooperation and many other key competences.
