He deals with issues related to logging and introducing wood raw material to the market. It develops modern methods of marking wood and its expenditure with the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), as well as methods of assessing the health of standing trees. The spectrum of scientific interests also includes the mechanization of forestry work with the analysis of the impact of the use of multi-operational machines on the quality of wood raw material.
