Wiktor Żuchowski, Ph.D Eng.

Chief Specialist for Logistics Development

A graduate of Poznań University of Technology and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he holds a PhD in management and quality sciences. He has been working at the Institute since 2005. He has been the project manager for over 100 projects, mainly concerning the optimisation of warehousing processes and concepts for the construction and expansion of warehouses and distribution centres, including for the Żywiec Group, Jysk, Ciech and PESA.

Initiator, coordinator and co-implementer of research and development projects funded from national and European sources, with a particular focus on projects related to urban logistics, including SPROUT, IoT Bays and GRETA. Lecturer at the Poznań School of Logistics, where he has been teaching courses on warehouse management and supply chains for many years. Author or co-author of academic and specialist articles in the field of logistics, with a focus on urban logistics and sustainable warehousing.

An expert in logistics, primarily in warehouse management, with over a decade of experience in logistics consulting. He specialises in urban logistics and sustainable warehousing.
