Ryszard Gąsiorowski

He earned his master’s degree from the Department of Chemistry at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specializing in biological chemistry. He is currently a doctoral student in mechanical engineering at Poznań University of Technology and has over 12 years of experience in the research and development sector, including the implementation of national and international R&D projects.

He specializes in the development of advanced composite materials and the modeling of their properties, with a particular focus on the chemical modification of lignocellulosic raw materials to enhance their compatibility with polymer matrices, as well as in the flame retardancy of materials through the design of halogen-free fire-retardant formulations.
