Piotr Nędzewicz
Area Leader - Head of the Commercialization Department
A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics (2007), Postgraduate Management Studies (2009), and Postgraduate Innovation Management Studies (2011) at the Warsaw School of Economics. He began his professional career in 2007 at the international audit and consulting firm Grant Thornton. From 2011 to 2021, he worked at the Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT). During that time, as a technology transfer consultant, he supported companies in developing businesses based on new technologies. From 2016 to 2017, as an investment manager for the PPNT Capital Fund and a member of the supervisory boards of portfolio companies, he was responsible for investments in new technology ventures. From 2018 to 2021, he headed the PPNT Commercialization and Business Development Department. He also managed the Digital Innovation Hub DIH4Future project, for which PPNT served as the consortium leader. Since 2018, he has served as an expert evaluator in European Commission competitions, including: EIC Accelerator, Eurostars, Innowwide, Fast Track to EIC Accelerator, Girls&Women in Digital, and Women TechEU. Since 2021, he has taught the course “Knowledge Transfer and Commercialization of R&D Results” at the Doctoral School of Poznań University of Technology. Since 2022, he has been responsible for intellectual property protection and the commercialization of research results at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology, serving as Area Leader and Head of the Commercialization Department.
