Michał Zawada, Ph.D Eng.

A graduate of the Mechatronics programme at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management, Poznań University of Technology. He has been working at the Institute since 2016, currently in the Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics Research Group. Editor-in-chief of the journal “Agriculture of the Future”. In 2025, he defended his doctoral thesis entitled “Investigation of the geometric characteristics of soil-cutting elements using automatic control systems for agricultural machinery”. Author of numerous publications, patents and conference presentations.

He has experience in the design of structures and control systems, particularly hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, as well as the automation of mobile machinery. He is a member of teams carrying out numerous research and development projects on innovative solutions in the field of agricultural engineering, which is his main area of interest.
