Experience and education

PhD, engineer, head of the accredited EMC and RED laboratories. For years, he has been associated with the area of EU directives in the field of CE marking of electronic devices by the Polish producers. Author of hundreds of projects in the field of electromagnetic compatibility assessment of devices.

Participant of international EMC standardization work under PKN KT 104, IEC, CISPR, ETSI and CENELEC. Chairman of the Polish Branch of IEEE EMC-Society. IEEE EMC-Society Region 8 coordinator (Europe, Africa, Middle East). Coordinator and contractor of national and international research projects.

The area in which she/he is an expert

Digitization of public administration is an important area of ​​Łukasiewicz – PIT activities. The aim is to make digital public services widely available to citizens with a high level of maturity and usability, which encourages their use and facilitates contact with the administration.

The digitization of public administration, however, is not only the digitization of services, but also changes in the organizational processes of public entities aimed at the maximum use of the opportunities offered by digitization, including elimination or automation of activities or integration with other systems.
