Specialist in Lignocellulosic Raw Materials
He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in forestry from the Faculty of Forestry at the Poznań University of Life Sciences. In 2025, he received his Ph.D. in agricultural sciences, specializing in forestry.
He specializes in assessing the properties of wood raw material and estimating its value, as well as evaluating the potential for using other lignocellulosic raw materials in the production of composites. His research interests include the production of wood raw material, particularly non-native species on former agricultural and industrial lands, in the context of climate change. He also addresses issues related to timber measurement, with a particular focus on modern methods such as photo-optical techniques and LiDAR scanning.
