Dominik Wojdak
Commercialization Specialist
A graduate of Poznań University of Technology with a degree in Transportation (2018). He completed a postgraduate program in “Managerial Finance” (2020) at the Poznań University of Economics, gaining expertise in financial management and business economics.
He has been gaining professional experience since 2016, initially at the “TABOR” Rail Vehicle Institute, where he worked in the Passenger Vehicle Design Department. During this period, he developed his engineering skills and gained practical knowledge in the design of technical solutions for the railway industry.
Since 2022, he has been working in the Commercialization Department. He is responsible for intellectual property protection at the Institute and actively participates in the commercialization of research results; he has experience in managing the Institute’s intellectual property portfolio. He is responsible for preparing license agreements and sales contracts. He also conducts patent landscape analyses for the purpose of developing project proposals.
He specializes in issues related to intellectual property management, the commercialization of technical solutions, and patent landscape analysis for research and development projects.
What do I do?
- I oversee and manage the Institute’s intellectual property rights on an ongoing basis,
- I participate in technology transfer processes and the implementation of innovations for commercial applications,
- I draft licence and sales agreements,
- I conduct patent landscape analyses to support the preparation of project proposals,
- I carry out day-to-day activities related to ensuring the sustainability of projects.
