Andrzej Noskowiak, PhD

A graduate of the Wood Technology programme at the Faculty of Wood Technology, Poznań University of Life Sciences. In 2017, he was awarded a PhD in Forestry from the Faculty of Wood Technology, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He has been associated with the Institute since 1975.

He is an expert in the field of research into wood and wood products, as well as the development and/or modification of technologies based on wood raw materials, in particular research, technology and formal rules governing the marketing and use of structural timber, engineered wood, wood-based materials, flooring (including sports flooring), building joinery products (windows, doors, stairs, wall cladding, etc.), as well as wooden packaging, including compliance with international phytosanitary regulations.

Author of numerous expert reports, new or modified technologies, normative documents, and popular science and scientific publications.
