Experience and education

She obtained a master’s degree in food technology from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She has a PhD of technical sciences of the Poznań University of Technology. Since 2011 she has been working at the Institute, where she is the co-founder and head of the department dealing with food technique and technology. She has carried out many projects, the results of which have been implemented in the economy. She received, among others “Bronze Cross of Merit” for implementing innovative solutions to the economy.

The area in which she/he is an expert

She is a specialist in the field of food techniques and technologies. From the beginning of her career at the Institute, she has been dealing with the development of innovative solutions for the food industry, aimed at preventing the waste of food and natural resources. She carries out projects in interdisciplinary teams, where she combines various fields of science (mechanics, electronics, technology, food engineering) with companies producing machines for the food industry as well as food producers.

Working at the institute gives me the opportunity to cooperate with the industry by solving real problems occurring in enterprises and a lot of satisfaction from the development of Polish companies with which I carry out R&D work.
