Invention entitled ‘Working section of a precision seed drill and the seed drill’ (P.440021)

Description:

Technology refers to the working section of a precision seed drill. The seeding sections should be easily adaptable to different types of seed of various sizes and geometric shapes. The design is based on a compact and easy-to-use precision seed drill working section solving the problem of simple height and pressure adjustment of the kneading wheels. The design of the seeder’s working section allows the soil compaction force to be easily adapted to the type of material to be seeded and the quality of the soil into which the material is sown, while ensuring ease of handling and reliability in use.

Benefits:

  • compact design of the sowing section,
  • simplified machine operation,
  • simple and quick adjustment of the height and pressure of the kneading wheels.

Status of legal protection:

The technology consists of a patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under No. P.440021 of 29 December 2021.

Property rights to the invention are vested in: Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology and Akpil Ltd.
