Description:
The subject of the invention is transport packaging, in particular reusable transport packaging, intended for goods distributed by mail order. Mail order sales most often use disposable cardboard or paperboard packaging in which one or several products are transported collectively. However, after delivery, cardboard or paperboard packaging is usually discarded because it is not reusable. In addition, cardboard or paperboard packaging provides poor protection for the goods transported in it, especially in adverse weather conditions. The aim was to develop packaging that could be reused and folded down to a small size when empty.
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of patent Pat.247126 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, in force since 4 March 2025.
The property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
