Description:
A relay valve with a beam, especially for braking systems of rail vehicles, includes a beam (1) in the form of a double-sided lever, whereby in the relay valve the beam (1) cooperates with the rods of the control piston (2b) and the piston of the cylinder filling and releasing valve (3b). In the axis of the rod (2a) of the control piston (2b), an intermediate element (4) is embedded between the rod (2a) of the control piston (2b) and the beam (1). Along the longitudinal axis of the beam (1), the clearance between the intermediate element (4), the face (2c) of the rod (2a) of the control piston (2b) and the surface (P) of the beam (1) allows the intermediate element (4) to roll simultaneously along the face (2c) of the rod (2a) of the control piston (2b) and the surface (P) of the beam (1). In the axis of the rod (3a) of the piston of the cylinder filling and releasing valve (3b), an intermediate element (4) is embedded between the rod (3a) of the piston of the cylinder filling and releasing valve (3b) and the beam (1). Along the longitudinal axis of the beam (1), the clearance between the intermediate element (4), the face (3c) of the rod (3a) of the piston of the cylinder filling and releasing valve (3b) and the surface (P) of the beam (1) allows the intermediate element (4) to roll simultaneously along the face (3c) of the rod (3a) of the piston of the cylinder filling and releasing valve (3b) and the surface (P) of the beam (1).

The technology consists of patent Pat.241421 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, in force from 15 July 2019.
