Description:
A pressure transformer, especially for braking systems of rail vehicles, comprising one transformer beam (1) or two transformer beams (1, 3), wherein, in the case of two beams (1, 3), it also includes a spring (11) located between the transformer beams (1, 3), a filling and emptying valve stem (2) and a control piston stem (4), wherein between the transformer beam (1, 3) and the respective stems (2, 4) is movably placed in an intermediate assembly characterized by the fact that said intermediate assembly includes a carriage (5) and at least two rolling elements (6, 7), with each carriage (5) articulated with the corresponding stems (2, 4), and the said rolling elements (6, 7) located between the wall of the bogie (5) opposite to the wall with the articulated connection and the corresponding beam of the transformer (1, 3).
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under number P.441520 of 22 June 2022.
Property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
