Invention entitled ‘Off-road vehicle suitable for use in wetlands for the transport of adapters for moving biomass bales’ (Pat.228367/P.412909)
Description:
The off-road vehicle suitable for use in wetlands for the transport of adapters for moving biomass bales, equipped with a load bed in which a cuboidal rack is built in, made of transverse and longitudinal profiles, as well as four vertical profiles fixed from below to the longitudinal beams of the load bed and fitted with a coupling, characterised by the fact that in the lower part the vertical profiles (2) of the rack at the level of the side wall of the load bed are connected by two side profiles and at a height slightly above the front wall of the load bed they are connected by the front profile, while in the upper part of the rack the vertical profiles (2) are connected by four side profiles, whereby the free ends of the vertical profiles (2) extend upwards above the side profiles and on the side profiles is mounted a roof (6), preferably transparent, in the longitudinal section of the load bed in the shape of an inverted channel bar, the width of the roof being greater than the width of the rack, while the roof (6) in the rear part of the rack has an eave (10) extending above the outline of the rear side of the load bed, at the same time on the roof (6) directly above the side profiles there are sliders, preferably made of plastic, located along the vertical side profiles (2), at the same time the sliders are located between the ends of the vertical profiles (2) projecting above the roof or at both ends of the sliders there are mounted bumpers, fixed to the side profiles, while in the front part of the rack on the roof (6), between the vehicle cab and the bumpers, there is a container for the elastic axles of the adapters, while in the space inside the rack, preferably along one side of the vehicle body, there is a lower container (19) for the bushings (18), furthermore to the bumpers at the front of the rack there are mounted holders, for the mud-rockets, while to the profiles there are fastened bumpers (20), preferably made of plastic or reinforced rubber.
