Invention entitled “Lignocellulosic composite and method for its production” (Pat.245452/ P.436359)
Description:
The subject of the invention is a lignocellulosic composite and a method for its production. More specifically, the invention relates to a lignocellulosic composite made from shredded lignocellulosic raw materials, an amino resin-based binder and a nanobiomodifier of the adhesive resin, which gives the finished product a reduced formaldehyde content and emission and increased strength. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a lignocellulosic composite, wherein the method uses specific adhesive resins commonly used in the process of obtaining wood-based materials in combination with a nanocellulose modifier functionalised with organosilicon compounds.
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of patent Pat.245452 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, in force since 21 May 2024 .
The property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
