Invention entitled ‘Dry breading unit, especially for multi-vegetable products’ (Ru.073222/W.130170)

Description:

The object of the utility model is a dry breading unit intended for the process of coating products (meat and vegetables) with dry breading.  The breading unit according to the utility model is characterized by the fact that the structure of the supporting frame with the tank (1) consists of side plates connected to the bottom of the tank and a frame made of closed profiles welded to them. The structure of the breading module (2) consists of side plates with welded tubular connectors and a top plate in the zone of which a drive shaft, a tension shaft and three guide shafts are mounted, along which the mesh belt travels. The structure of the steering wheel (3) consists of guide plates connected by support plates and scraper bars mounted on a shaft secured by knobs.

  • Systems for removing excess breading from the product.
  • Regulation of the amount of breading to be dispensed.

Status of legal protection:

The exclusive right consists of utility model Ru.073222 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, lasting from July 15, 2021.

Property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
