Description:
A device for pneumatic cleaning of onions from dry husk, containing a frame with an onion guiding system and a blowing nozzle connected by a pipe to a compressed air system, is characterized by the fact that the device is equipped with a roller blowing module, which consists of: a support frame (1), an onion rotation assembly (2), a blow-off unit (3), an ejector unit (4), an inlet trough (5) and a discharge trough (6), where the onion rotation assembly (2) is an arrangement of at least two pairs of rotating rollers mounted on drive shafts, which shafts have bearings on both sides and are mounted on support brackets, attached to the support frame (1), while the drive shafts are connected to a drive system, preferably an electric motor, to which they are connected through a belt transmission, while above the onion rotation system there is attached a blow-off system (3), the main element of which is a pneumatic nozzle, installed on a pneumatic actuator, advantageously a CMPC-type actuator, while in the working zone of the rotary rollers, advantageously to the discharge chute (6) there is attached an ejector assembly (4), which is a transverse support to which is attached a pneumatic actuator, advantageously of the CMPC type, to the piston rod of which the ejector (3) is mounted.

The technology consists of a patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under number P.442078 of 23 August 2022.
