Description:
The object of the industrial design is a flail, and its new and individual character is due to the shape given to it. It is the result of a material and technological conversion process that takes into account the characteristics of the Polish foundry sector. Its geometry is at the same time the result of advanced strength calculations, foundry engineering analysis and functional requirements. It was designed as a replacement for forged flails and fits selected models of lightweight flail mowers. It is an excellent alternative to original products as well as spare parts offered on the Polish market, including the RM-64 flail. Its most popular applications include grass, stubble, branches, bushes and shrubs.

Status of legal protection:
The exclusive right consists of industrial design Rp.27579 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, in force from February 15, 2021.
Property rights to the industrial design are vested in: Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznan Institute of Technology and Łukasiewicz Research Network – Krakow Institute of Technology.
