Description:
The object of the industrial design is a flail, and its new and individual character is due to the shape given to it. It is the result of a material and technological conversion process that takes into account the characteristics of the Polish foundry sector. Its geometry is at the same time the result of advanced strength calculations, foundry engineering analysis and functional requirements. It is an excellent alternative to both original products and spare parts offered on the Polish market, including the RM-30 flail. It is one of the most popular types of flail used in medium-sized mulchers and flail mowers in Europe. It is successfully used in the agricultural, horticultural and municipal sectors, and everywhere where effective and even disintegration of mowed biomass is important in mowing operations.

Status of legal protection:
The exclusive right consists of industrial design Rp.27578 granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, in force from February 15, 2021.
Property rights to the industrial design are vested in: Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology and Łukasiewicz Research Network – Kraków Institute of Technology.
