Description:
The object of the application is an adsorption air dryer equipped with at least one chamber (13) with drying material (10), a closing plate (11, 12) a chamber (13) and a control head, generally consisting of two control head plates (1, 2), whereby the control head is equipped with at least two electro-pneumatic servo valve systems for opening or closing the pneumatic channels (4, 5) in which fluids flow, and each of the electro-pneumatic servo valve systems includes an electro-pneumatic control valve (9), a servo valve seat (4, 5) and a servo valve (7, 8). The dryer is characterized by the fact that the servo valve valves (7, 8) are control pistons for opening the pneumatic channels (4, 5) concurrently with the fluid flow or closing the pneumatic channels (4, 5) countercurrently with the fluid flow, with one of the servo valves (8) equipped with a self-closing system (6) of the pneumatic channel (4).
Status of legal protection:
The technology consists of patent application to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland registered under No. P.440307 of 4 February 2022.
The property rights to the invention are vested 100% in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology.
