Please indicate the retail chain to which the label is dedicated and attach a scan of the printed label or a PDF version of the printout design).

Promo service packages for 10 or 50 code tests*.
The package is a prepaid service, valid for a given calendar year. Includes all services listed in the price list except verification of logistics labels in complete version (item 6).
Terms and conditions of verification:
NOTE 1. Samples of codes and goods contained in packages subject to verification are not returnable. In the event that it is necessary to send back to you the said samples or goods, transportation shall be at your expense after prior arrangements with the testing contractor.
NOTE 2 Verification of code designs, sent electronically, is carried out only on the basis of *.PDF files. Analysis of files with graphics does not guarantee the correctness of the actual print, hence it is recommended to re-verify the labels in the form of physical sampl
LIABILITY: In case of losses due to non-performance or improper performance of the service of verification of the quality of barcodes and logistic labels by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology the responsibility is limited to the amount of net remuneration received.
