PRIVACY POLICY

The pit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. Administrator – means Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznan Institute of Technology with its seat in Poznan (61-755), 6 Estkowskiego Street, registered in the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000850093, NIP: 7831822694, Regon: 386566426, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User’s devices.

Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User accesses the Website.

First-party cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.

Third-party cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, via the Website.

Website – means the website under which the Administrator operates, in the domain pit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl

Device – means the electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.

User – means the entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

  1. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for the following purposes:

    1. User authentication on the Website and ensuring a User session on the Website:

      • maintaining a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Service;
      • correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session;
