Total value: PLN 44 827 170.20

Start date: 01.04.2024

Project completion date: 31.03.2027

Project objectives:

The objective of the Project is to improve the process of conducting business activity in Poland by providing new digital services and functionalities.
The subject of the Project is the construction of a new e-service of public e-servicing of contracts and personnel documents and modernisation of the existing e-service of electronic submission and receipt of documents via the Biznes.gov.pl system. This will result in expanding the catalogue of electronic services for entrepreneurs.

Results:

As a result of the expansion of the Biznes.gov.pl portal, its users, entrepreneurs and citizens, will be able to operate a new public e-service – the electronicisation of contracts and personnel documents. The service at maturity level 5 (personalisation) will consist in the possibility for an entrepreneur to issue and conclude a contract with an employee or contractor and exchange other personnel documents, and then transfer this documentation to the central system run by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.

The project assumes that the entire new e-service will be provided in electronic form.
In addition to providing a new public e-service, the Project also envisages raising the maturity level of the existing public e-service of electronically submitting and receiving documents via the Entrepreneur Information Point, i.e. the Biznes.gov.pl system (level 4 – integration). Within the existing e-service, the catalogue of payment methods will be expanded to include BLIK and payment cards. In addition, some of the cases being processed will be switched from the ePUAP transmission channel, which is planned to be extinguished in 2029, to the e-Delivery channel.

The project activities will also result in the modernisation of the existing service through integration with the newly created Single Digital Gateway (SDG) Technical System, which will increase the use of cross-border services by Polish companies and indirectly increase digital competence of Polish entrepreneurs. In order to integrate with the SDG Technical System processes, it is assumed that the CEIDG system will be modernised.

The above tasks will make use of the new Biznes.gov.pl styleguide based on the mObywatel.gov.pl service standard, so as to keep the user experience of government portals as consistent as possible.
