Łukasiewicz – Poznan Institute of Technology begins cooperation with Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek

Łukasiewicz – Poznan Institute of Technology and Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek have signed an agreement on research, implementation and teaching cooperation.

The agreement takes into account activities in artificial intelligence, logistics and supply chain, industrial technology, smart city and social innovation, sustainable transport and electrical engineering and information technology.

– This is the first university in Croatia with which we have signed a cooperation agreement. I am convinced that we will soon see the effects of our joint activities,‘ says director of Łukasiewicz – PIT Arkadiusz Kawa. As he adds, the signing of the agreement is part of one of the main directions of the Institute’s activities aimed at increasing the level of its internationalisation.

The institutions will jointly carry out research and development and implementation projects, as well as organise and plan programmes to improve the skills of the employees of the Łukasiewicz – PIT research divisions and the University.
