Łukasiewicz – PIT at the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO

Over 800 companies from 34 countries came to Kielce for the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) to present the latest technologies for the defence sector. Among them was Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology and 10 other institutes that are part of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
Łukasiewicz – PIT specialises in the design and manufacture of advanced engineering and functional materials. Several innovations from the Institute’s portfolio were presented at the fair. These include HEAT shaped charge liners with a perfect surface for anti-tank missiles and grenade launchers, precise and resistant 40 mm shells, and lightweight wire bearings for combat vehicles.
We hold licence No. B-072/2016 for the manufacture and trade of ammunition and military and police equipment and technology, says Adam Torebko, director of the Centre for Sustainable Economy at Łukasiewicz – PIT.
The Institute cooperates with entities from the defence sector, including units of the Polish Armaments Group and institutions subordinate to the Ministry of National Defence. It has carried out projects of strategic importance, including in industrial plants and research institutes.
Łukasiewicz – PIT experts Wiktoria Krzyżaniak, Anna Kubica, Tomasz Mackiewicz, Rafał Rubach, Szymon Szkudelski, Adam Torebko, Maria Wiśniewska and Agata Wojna are available to visitors at stand A16 in hall 4 from 2 to 5 September 2025.
